The brief and objectives

As a global thought leader, and during an era of unprecedented crises, OHE had identified the need for collective action and innovative solutions has never been greater. That’s why there was the need to bring together leaders and experts from industry, national health systems, academia, civil society and multilateral organisations in order to drive positive change on a global scale. From combatting healthcare’s effect on the planet to promoting investment in preventative health measures, our mission is to create a healthier, more resilient world for everyone.

Our brief was to develop a logo, visual identity and name for this programme.

Our creative approach

We approached the logo development for the Office for Global Health Solutions as a fusion of the organisation’s values and our creative process. Our initial task was to create both a logo and a name that clearly captured the programme’s purpose and unique identity. We developed a range of options and worked closely with OHE to refine and select the preferred direction, ensuring all key stakeholders were aligned. Once approved, we delivered the final logo in all standard formats.

As part of the process, we conducted thorough trademark checks to safeguard against legal or financial risk—an essential step for any new brand. Fortunately, the name and logo passed in all relevant regions, requiring no further revisions.

With the icon style established, we developed a suite of illustrations and infographics to ensure a consistent visual identity across Change Initiative materials. To reflect the complexity of the issues they address, we created a clean, simple style using the brand’s primary and secondary colours. These visuals focused on key themes and were designed for use across various assets, from print to digital.

Implementation and delivery

Our digital team designed and developed a WordPress website for the Change Initiative, managing the process from start to finish. We began with wireframes and worked closely with the OHE team to understand which content was most important. The website structure was then designed to make this key content easy to find, access and engage with.

Combining this strategic content approach with the clean and simple branding created:

  • an engaging digital platform
  • intuitive navigation
  • clear presentation of programme goals and activity

Results and impact

The Change Initiative branding and website launched successfully and received highly positive feedback from stakeholders and audiences. The cohesive identity supports collaboration, clarity of mission and consistent communication across materials and channels.

  • The animation, visual identity and website together now:
  • unite experts under a shared programme identity
  • make the mission and objectives clear
  • support ongoing engagement and promotion

“Thank you again for all of your work on the Change Initiative branding, we are so pleased and have had a really good response to it so far. The animation looks fantastic and we are so pleased with the outcome!”
