The brief
Baxendale Employee Ownership, a market leader with over 20 years of experience in transitioning companies to employee ownership, sought to refresh its website to better reflect its expertise and unique identity.
The goal for the site was to create a more engaging, modern experience that highlighted Baxendale Employee Ownership’s expertise, driving user interaction and strengthening its reputation as a leader in the employee ownership sector.
Our creative approach
The journey to employee ownership was visualised by our in-house illustrator and formed an important part of the new site’s homepage real estate. A new brand palette was also created to help set Baxendale Employee Ownership aside from the Group, using rich colours and graphics that evoked a ‘ripple effect’ of positive, collective ideas.
The new design differentiated it from the Baxendale Group website, improved user experience, and showcased the company’s thought leadership through high-quality case studies, transition statistics, and clear, informative content.
The results
The resulting website allows Baxendale EO the flexibility to create brand new pages with ease, using a library of bespoke flexible modules designed for them. They have areas to house all their thought leadership articles, plus news and events.
